Services

Service packages are delivered per the scope, timeline and deliverables outlined at purchase or in a separately executed engagement letter.

Payments

All prices are listed in USD. Payment is due in full at checkout for productized packages. Custom engagements may follow milestone-based billing.

Intellectual Property

Final deliverables transfer to the client upon full payment. RIVAT retains the right to reference engagements in portfolio materials unless otherwise agreed.

Confidentiality

We treat all client information as strictly confidential and apply enterprise-grade controls to safeguard it.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RIVAT's liability for any engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Uganda.
