Eligible Refunds
- Cancellations requested within 24 hours of purchase, before work has commenced.
- Duplicate or accidental charges.
Non-Refundable
- Work already in progress or delivered.
- Time-bound consulting hours already booked or executed.
Process
Email refunds@rivatmarketing.com with your order reference. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Disputes
If you have concerns about deliverables, contact us first so we can make it right. Most concerns are resolved through revisions or scope adjustments.
